Caramel Popcorn Balls

In sauce pan combine:

1 cube butter
1 c. karo syrup
1 lbs. brown sugar

Cook to softball stage and add:

1 can sweet condensed milk

Mix. Pour over very large bowl of popcorn. YUMMY!
