Rocky Road Ice Cream
Ingredients:
- 2/3 c white sugar
- 1/4 c unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 c mini marshmallows
- 1/4 c chopped pecans
- 1 3/4 c heavy cream
- 1/4 c milk
- 1 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
In a large bowl, whisk together the sugar and cocoa powder until well combined. Stir in the marshmallows and pecans. Whisk in the heavy cream, milk and vanilla.
Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and process according to manufacturer's directions.

Looks YUM! Where did you get your bowls? I searched high and low for something like that for ben's brother's family for christmas and couldn't find anything. They're cute.
